2010 Freedom Road Rally

Freedom Road Rally is proud to announce that for June 2010 their classic car enthusiast’s dream vacation will be routing through the heartland of America, motoring throughout Indiana and Illinois. Freedom Road Rally is an annual touring road rally that provides its participants with the vacation experience of a lifetime. This fantastic adventure will last seven days and will cover approximately 1,000 miles using pre-1974 vehicles.

This year’s event will start/end in Indianapolis and will take place June 6th-12^th. During their travels, participants will be able to enjoy some fantastic transportation museums, historic American landmarks, picturesque towns, and some of the finest scenery in the country. The variety of activities that this year’s event will encompass is sure to make this an adventure not to be missed. The overall route stays primarily on the back roads and state routes with speeds averaging 50 mph. This allows participants to witness some fantastic scenery throughout the day and still have plenty of energy to enjoy the evening festivities. The event is designed to be relaxed and informal with a focus on each individual’s experience. In fact, a first time participant was quoted as saying; “We just have fun all week. It’s like going on a cruise only better because we have our old cars and the scenery always changes.” This sentiment is widely shared by a number of veterans of the event who have rekindled the freedom and excitement year after year. The entry fee is a tremendous value at $1,950 per couple and car, which includes entrance into the event, six nights of hotels, all museums, special activities, a final dinner, embroidered event polo shirts and souvenirs, complimentary sweep vehicles services in case of breakdown, and the opportunity to create some lifelong memories.
